Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Lead 9th NITI Aayog Governing Council Meeting with Focus on ‘Viksit Bharat@2047’

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will chair the 9th Governing Council Meeting of NITI Aayog today at the Rashtrapati Bhavan Cultural Centre, New Delhi. This year’s meeting, themed ‘Viksit Bharat@2047,’ centers on laying out a strategic framework to transform India into a fully developed nation by its centenary of independence.

The agenda for the meeting includes an extensive review of the Approach Paper for the Vision Document titled ‘Viksit Bharat@2047.’ This document will outline the strategic initiatives and goals required to drive India’s development agenda forward.
