Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during a public rally in Rajampet, Andhra Pradesh, launched a scathing attack on the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) government.
The Prime Minister accused the YSRCP government of betraying the people of Andhra Pradesh. “People of Andhra Pradesh made the YSRCP government with a lot of expectation but they betrayed you,” he said. He further alleged that the YSRCP has been developing the mafia, not the poor people.
Modi also criticized a YSRCP Minister, accusing him of running a ‘Gunga Raaj’. “Everyone has seen it,” he added, without specifying any names.
In a stern warning to the YSRCP, Modi declared, “I want to say to all these Mafias here that the countdown has begun for the YSRCP government to go.” He assured that the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) will take appropriate action against these mafias.
The Prime Minister’s comments come at a time when the YSRCP government is facing criticism for various issues. The rally was part of the BJP’s campaign to strengthen its base in Andhra Pradesh.
The YSRCP has yet to respond to the Prime Minister’s comments. The political scenario in Andhra Pradesh is heating up, and it remains to be seen how the YSRCP will counter these allegations.
