PM Modi Praises Chirag Paswan’s Dedication to Bihar’s Development

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during a public rally in Jamui, expressed his admiration for Chirag Paswan’s dedication to Bihar’s development. He referred to Paswan as his “younger brother” and commended him for his commitment in carrying forward the ideas of his late father, Ram Vilas Paswan.

“Bihar has been a beacon for the entire country,” Modi stated, emphasizing the influential role of the state in the nation’s journey. However, he also expressed his concern over the fact that justice was not served to 5-6 generations of people in Bihar after independence.

The Prime Minister’s remarks come at a time when Bihar is undergoing a period of transformation under the leadership of Chirag Paswan. After the passing of his father, Paswan has taken up the mantle and has been working tirelessly to realize his father’s vision for Bihar.

The endorsement from the Prime Minister is seen as a significant encouragement for Paswan, who has been making consistent efforts to bring about a positive change in the state. It also signifies the central government’s commitment to supporting Bihar in its journey towards development.

However, Modi’s comments about the lack of justice for several generations in Bihar post-independence have sparked a debate. Some interpret it as a veiled critique of the previous governments that have ruled Bihar and the country.

As the political landscape continues to evolve, the people of Bihar are hopeful that the combined efforts of the central and state governments will usher in a new era of development and prosperity in the state.
