Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended a special Sneh Milan (Friendship Meeting) programme at the residence of Union Minister C.R. Patil in New Delhi on Wednesday evening. The event, which brought together key political figures and party leaders, was marked by camaraderie and informal interactions among the attendees.

Alongside PM Modi, several prominent leaders from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) participated in the gathering. Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP President J.P. Nadda, Minister of Labour and Employment Mansukh Mandaviya, Union Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, and Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel were all present to share in the occasion.

The gathering, hosted by C.R. Patil, who holds the Jal Shakti Ministry portfolio and is also the BJP Gujarat Chief, saw a relaxed atmosphere with PM Modi taking the time to interact with guests. The Prime Minister strolled around, engaging in conversations with attendees and posing for a group photo with the various leaders and party officials present.

The event also saw several BJP leaders and Gujarat MLAs, who had flown into the national capital, joining the celebrations. The Sneh Milan programme, often characterized by informal interactions and a sense of unity, was an opportunity for the party members to connect and discuss various aspects of governance and the political landscape.

The gathering underscored the strong presence of Gujarat BJP leaders in the national political scene, as well as the continued influence of C.R. Patil in shaping party activities both in the state and at the national level. As Gujarat’s BJP Chief, Patil plays a key role in managing the party’s interests and strengthening its base in the region.

This informal gathering, while not focused on official policy discussions, provided a chance for BJP leaders to reinforce bonds and showcase solidarity ahead of upcoming political challenges.
