PM Modi Refutes Congress Allegations, Defends Constitution in Janjgir-Champa Rally

Janjgir-Champa, Chhattisgarh – Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in a rally held here on Tuesday, strongly refuted allegations made by the Congress party that the BJP would alter the constitution if they return to power.

The Prime Minister launched a scathing attack on the opposition party over remarks made by its South Goa candidate. The candidate’s comments pertained to constitutional provisions that came into effect in the coastal state following its liberation in 1961. PM Modi termed these remarks as an “insult of India’s constitution and of Baba Sahab Ambedkar.”
